No Se Puede and Two Adorable Rodents

So I just wrote an annoyingly long post about how much I hate politics right now. About how much I hate both Republicans and Democrats. How nothing has changed. How Obama is a tremendous letdown. How it’s so depressing that people actually listen to a single thing said on Fox News and consider it intelligent. How obviously racist many Americans (and specifically Arizonans) are. And how shitty America is as a whole. I deleted it because I’m done with it. I’m going to be done with politics for a while. Republicans are stupid assholes and Democrats can’t get a single, truly liberal thing done. What’s new? Nothing. Change? Yeah… maybe a few small, helpful bills, but nothing significant. Bah! Stop it, Adam. No more. It’s pointless. Maybe I’ll get back into it if Obama actually starts governing like the liberal president we voted for.

Blah.

Okay. So I’m probably getting some rats. Yeah. Two lady rats. I’m going to make a cage out of a bookshelf from a thrift store. Rats are so much different than what I thought of them before. They’re intelligent, fun, nice, clean, and they can actually form attachments. They’re like crappy dogs! And yes, I would want a dog, but that just wouldn’t work out for us. Rats are easy to take care of, cheap, and only live for three years so it’s not like this is a huge investment. Okay… I’m in a better mood now. Politics suck. Rats rock. Bam. I’ll post pictures and probably video after I actually get them. I’m so excited!
